Salary

The panel manages its own budget and are paid each time they complete an exercise, and you can choose either vouchers or money.

Customer Scrutiny Panel Member

We are looking for customers to join our Customer Scrutiny Panel. The Customer Scrutiny Panel are a group of customers who meet regularly and choose different areas of SYHA to investigate. They are our ‘Critical Friends’ and hold us to account. A friendly staff member from our Customer Experience team is there to support you. The group is welcoming, fun and helps make a real difference.
